In September of 2005, Wilson Stuart School became a Specialist Sports College, committed to raising standards of teaching, learning and opportunities for all it's pupils, partner schools and targeted members of the community. As well as major developments in Sport, the Sports College will be used to drive whole school improvements across all areas of the curriculum.
Sport is a major strength of the school and is a totally inclusive activity for all of our pupils. All of the Sports College staff are P.E. consultants for Birmingham L.E.A. They are regularly asked to do advisory work for the Youth Sport Trust and the Department for Education and Skills.
